Today I would like to show You some typical pairs of homonyms - words that have different spelling but the same pronunciation.
ate - eight
bear - bare
cereal - serial
flour - flower
hole - whole
mail - male
cell - sell
pair - pear
right - write
hair - hare
sole - soul
sail - sale
toe - tow
Therefore You have to be careful which word to write when You hear some of these.
